LOTUS TV UNIT

The TV unit is crafted from 18 mm thick MDF, featuring a 4 cm thick back panel with integrated LED lighting running along all sides. In the standard setup, the lower section includes three drop-down doors, while the upper section features two drawers and an 8 mm thick open glass shelf. Surface finish options include walnut veneer with varnish, oak veneer with varnish, American varnish (custom color), or lacquer in any RAL color, available in both matte and glossy finishes. Both drawers and drop-down doors are made from 18 mm MDF; drawers have an integrated handle design, while drop-down doors feature external handles. All drawers operate on double-extension soft-close runners. The unit can be produced either with legs or as a wall-mounted version. Wall-mounting is achieved via 3 mm thick metal plates welded to profiles and fixed to the wall. In the legged option, 25 cm high legs are used, reinforced by a 60x40 mm metal box profile within the MDF cross structure to prevent sagging and enhance durability.
